About Ichor

Ichor is software that allows retail shops to improve customer service, reduce staff work-load and reduce transmission of covid-19. How does it work? It does through 2 methods called `Geolocation Ordering` and `Scanner Ordering`.

How does `Geolocation Ordering` work ? Simple, when a customer enter's your retail shop, rather than waiting for a till to be, they simply open the Ichor website which will locate the retail shop their in automatically. Allowing them to scan items as they shop and pay to checkout when done simply using their phone.

`Scanner Ordering` works in a similar way. But rather than having to submit to their location, they can simply scan a qr-code that will allow them to scan and buy from your shop.

You can integrate with. Will en-corperate in way that every customer can sign up for it within 1 minute , and use it.

The advantages of using such a programme is that improves customer care, ease workload on Staff and increase customer spending.
